Day 17
Today I cleaned up the jam incident in the fridge. It was all over the slot that held the jam container. Normally I would just leave it for Mum to clean up. She said "WOW!" when she saw me cleaning it up. I feel that my family and friends have really noticed the change in attitude within me.

Day 13
Today my sister came back from a three day school trip and she was at school ready to be picked and I loaded up the car for her so that we could go straight from picking her up. Mum and my sister both said "thank you". They were both glad that I did this. I felt happy that my sister was happy after her long 5 hour journey from the place that she was staying.

Day 12
Today I jumped at the chance to help a visitor at the school. He had three boxes he was going to carry into the office at school ,so Cindy, Alan and I went up to him and asked him if he needed any help. He said "yes" and that he was very pleased about the service in the school. We told him about this project and he thought that it was a great idea. We all felt very happy about how pleased he was.
Today I also brought my dad in a glass of water after he had mowed the lawn, he was tired and thirsty and thanked me.

Day 9
Today my good deed was to do something very honest. I was at the dairy and I gave the clerk a $10 note but the clerk mistook it for a $20 note. She was about to give me the incorrect change and I said, "excuse me but I gave you a $10 note." She was very grateful and said "thank you." I felt very proud of myself because I did a good deed that affected someone outside of my family.

Day 8
Today I decided to, give up the computer I was working on to someone else that needed it. I could really tell that they were thankful because they practically screamed out thank you. I felt happy that I did this because they really wanted the computer and I just thought okay why not.

Day 7
Today my good deed was to, untack wash down and release Dougal (a horse). I helped out a girl named Nadia because she was kicked by another horse and was too sore to do these things for herself. I felt like I really helped her because she was busy putting ice on her leg and she didn't have to worry about Dougal.

Day 6
Today my good deed was to pick up rubbish during the day. I picked up rubbish at morning tea, at lunch and on the way home. I helped our environment and made it a little less full of litter. I felt very proud because this time I did an anonymous task (I didn't get any thanks and no one knew who did it.)
